This\u00a0allows you\u00a0to connect physical things to\u00a0the internet in different ways.<\/p>\n<p>Just like sending data to the serial monitor, we can send serial data to a Processing sketch running on your computer. This means you can have sensors detecting things (like motion, heat, sound, light levels etc and have them animate or trigger things in Processing.)<\/p>\n<p>Do the tutorial (as linked below) to learn how to do this. In this tutorial you will connect a potentiometer and an Arduino to Processing.
